At Ramraj Cotton, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our traditional ethnic wear. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account on our website, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is folded neatly with all original tags, labels, and the invoice intact inside the original shipping box or bag.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a signed pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Once the items pass our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
